J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dow en juill. 2022
Entretien
Applied through university and interviewed on campus. There was an info session the day before the interview, which was pretty nice. A good result for this on-campus interview will lead to the second round of on-site interviews.
The interview was 1-hr long, started with some casual logistic questions for things like which location you want to work at. There were two interviewers, both raising questions, although it seemed that one of them was in the lead of questioning, the other mostly typing to record your answers. I was asked to start with a very brief (5 min) research introduction of what I did in grad school. Then the interviewers started to question me based on what I said. I would say that the questions were half behavioral half technical (with a strong focus on the "value" of the research I did).
Just interviewed yesterday, so not sure about the result yet.

Question 1
What are the most important values of your research?
Interview was ok. Gave 45 min presentation with approx 10 attendees and had personal interviews with approx 5 people. Don't remember much else unfortunately as this was a while ago.

Long but very useful. Met several stakeholders who gave a good overview of the process. At PhD level, you will have to present your work. Got a tour of the facility
