Through campus interview. Got invited to both MI and PA sites for onsite interview. Interview included dinner , breakfast and finally the actual interview. The actual interview consist of 45 min presentation 1:1 interviews. It is an all day long interview. Lots of questions based on research and behavior. Research the company before interview, they ask a lot of questions on the company. Behavior questions are typical - sticky position with advisor, problem with collaborators, where do you see yourself in 5 years etc. Flew me from MI to PA. Interview process was similar in both the places. Very nice people. They made me feel like I almost had the job but have not made me an offer yet.
