Several one on one interviews with several people in the group I was applying for with a range of job titles. I interviewed with 2 levels of managers and with group members. It started with a phone screening then a phone interview. They invited me to come to the site for an inpersona interview. I got the offer the day after the interview. The hiring process took a few weeks.

Hiring process was very unorganized. Job placements was not related to skilled employees. Question asked in the interview process were not related to job assigned. Poor hiring managers. Irrelevant questions
