I submitted my resume at a career fair. About 7-8 weeks later I got a call from a hiring manager's secretary and was asked to do a phone interview. In this interview, the hiring manager wanted to get to know me to see if there is a match. He asked about some of the courses I took and my best course in Chemical Engineering. After this interview, the hiring manager told me that there will be a technical interview with another R&D manager. The second interview has not taken place yet.
