Got a call from HR 1 week after submitting my application. Had HR screen, followed by 1 interview each week for 3 more weeks for a total of 4. From my understanding there was one more final round and an office visit. If I hadn't followed up 6 weeks into the process, I would've probably never heard any updates. The update was basically my candidacy is still active. It wasn't until 9 weeks into the process that I was finally given an automatic rejection. They scheduled the initial interviews with me rapidly and showed enthusiasm, only to drag out the process. I don't know what they got going on internally, but they clearly don't value the candidates time. Good luck.
