I had a couple calls before doing a skype interview. The calls were not super technical, but focused more on work experience and personality. The skype interview was two different groups of 4-5 people, asking a variety of questions. No whiteboarding or super C++ focused questions, more asking questions about what I'd worked on in the past, what I wanted to work on, etc. It was a decent interview, but I would go a week or so without hearing anything in between each step. I also thought that I did well at the interview, but did not receive an offer.
