J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Double en janv. 2025

A recruiter reached out to me. After that initial screening, I then had an interview with the SDR manager. The interview went well and I went on to the next stage, which was writing two emails to prospects. Two weeks later I got a rejection email, saying I was not the right profile. The next steps would have been an interview with the sales leader, and then with the SDR manager, sales leader, and CEO. It just didn't make any sense and felt perhaps like a ghost posting, I doubt they are actually hiring.

I interviewed with Keeper a couple months back and wouldn’t recommend the experience. The SDR role had been open for months before I even applied, which usually signals internal issues. The interview confirmed that.
I came in with more industry experience than the SDR Manager, who’s in her first management role, and it was pretty clear that played a part in why I wasn’t moved forward. I’ve been in tech for years and consistently move to final stages (this one stood out as an exception).
If you’re new to tech or looking for your first SDR role, it might still be worth exploring. But if you’re more seasoned, just know that leadership may feel more intimidated than collaborative.

I applied on the Ycombinator job board, and got an interview with the SDR manager. She then had me do a "technical assessment" sending two cold emails to example LinkedIn profiles. I just looked up the profiles and sent a personalized email on why they could benefit from a demo with Keeper.
