1. OA Round from College (Medium Level): The recruitment process began with an Online Assessment round. This round tested problem-solving skills, focusing on areas like data structures, algorithms, and logical reasoning. The questions were moderately challenging, requiring a solid understanding of programming fundamentals and effective time management.
2. Technical Interview at Gurgaon Office: After passing the OA round, the next step was a technical interview at the Gurgaon office. This phase focused on technical expertise, especially in object-oriented programming (OOP), C++, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates were asked to solve coding problems and explain their approach and reasoning.
3. HR Interview (Online Mode): The final stage was an HR interview conducted online. This interview assessed soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and alignment with the company's culture. The questions were designed to evaluate motivations, career aspirations, and how well the candidate would fit within the organizational environment.
