DO NOT INTERVIEW, especially if a recruiter asks you to apply over LinkedIn. Free labor scam they should be reported to a bureau. Asks you to do a ridiculous amount of work analyzing a customer level data file, demands it in 2 days even if you're employed just to reject. Someone should sue -- how is this legal? For interview difficulty where's the option for stupid? SAVE YOUR TIME

The Doordash hiring process is not the best. You have to do a take-home assessment before even meeting with a hiring manager. The recruiter obviously doesn't know too much about the role (fair) and asks you to save all your questions for the hiring manager. Only to make you do an assessment first. To make candidates do an elaborate case study before even knowing basics about the role and if it's even a fit is not the best experience,
It was also obvious that an old ops case was used for my interview - which wasn't even relevant to the role. Lazy on the part of the company, and expecting way too much from candidates. Don't recommend.

Started with Phone screen that was low key, typical walk me through your resume questions. Then SQL take home that was also straight forward. Then 2 interview rounds each consisting of 2 interviews

Question 1
Make strategic recommendations based on the data set
Interview process included 3 rounds, including a recruiter screen, followed by a pretty time consuming take home assignment that was due within 2 days.
After that I had the 2nd round with the manager for the role and another senior team member. Did not move to final round, but it would have included 2 more interviews with a senior leader plus a cross functional partner. Overall it was a meh experience - they did not provide any feedback due to “company policy”
