Applied online via their career site and got an email from a recruiter requesting a phone screen about a week later. The phone screen was fairly average, asked about my background, explained the role, etc. The recruiter mentioned she would be speaking with the hiring manager and would reach out regarding next steps within the next week. I sent a thank you email to the recruiter about 30 mins after the call. One week goes by and I hear nothing. I send a polite email asking if there is anything else I can provide to her or the hiring manager, hoping that might get a response, but nope. Two more weeks go by and I'm very frustrated at the lack of response so I send an additional follow up asking for an update on next steps. Clearly they have decided not to move forward, but many candidates including myself go out of their way to find the time to schedule and prepare for these calls and to get ignored is incredibly disrespectful. A simple one line email is all that's needed to resolve this. I'm very disappointed that such a well known and well respected company such as this can't be bothered to follow up to candidates they've selected to screen.

Applied online and got an Interview call within a week from a third party HR company that was contracted to screen for DD - The next round had 2 Interviews, one with the Hiring Manager and the other with someone in the same role to check cultural fit. The final round is a case study and a presentation
