No interview after pandemic in 2020. Prior to Covid you were required to attend interviews at the corporate office to receive a shirt and other free items upon the end of the interview.
I remember it being so simple! Just had to apply and pass a background test I believe. Didn’t have to schedule a meeting or anything like that and could quickly start working

Back in 2017, interviews were in person and were group interviews. It was basically just orientation so it was very easy. After that, we got our doordash merch and a delivery bag.
