THEY DON'T HIRE ANYONE!! I've applied to every position I'm qualified for and they still reject me. They want this pink unicorn that doesn't exist. Instead, how about giving people a chance even if that means teaching them. It's not rocket science! Stop reposting the position because you're don't hiring anyone just rejecting. Hire on attitude not resume. There are 3 rounds of interviews. I was contacted by a recruiter for this role. I did the first interview with this woman who was extremely intimidating. She asked me 3 questions and that was a solid 10 minutes. After that she told me "Good Luck" with the other upcoming interviews. 5 minutes later she sends a message to my recruiter saying I wasn't a good fit. First off, why would you tell me "Good Luck" and secondly, you should of told me right there like a professional that I wasn't a good fit.
