One of the worst interview processes I've experienced. Firstly I met with the recruiter, then the CMO then the recruiter again. I was then put through 2 x 3 30min interviews with various team members over two days - totaling 3 hours of interviews with the team. The interviewers were reading from a script, it was awkward - non of them wanted to be there, they were completely disinterested in my background or what I could bring to the company. I made the shortlist and then had to complete an assignment in 72 hours - they said it was going to be a short presentation but the work required was extensive - at least a 1.5 days of free work for them. I presented, shared my deck (and thinking with them) and it took 3 weeks for them to let me know that I didn't get the role - after following up a few times. There was absolutely no feedback to my presentation - all the recruiter said was - 'They loved you, but have decided to go with the other candidate.'. Complete waste of time, the fact that they didn't provide any feedback to all the work I was asked to do - is a sign that they don't value you and I am happy to have dodged a bullet.
