The interview process is quite long and intensive. However I think it very much prepares you for working at DoorDash. The employees seem like genuine people and HR always over communicated where they were in the process.

What is your leadership style, what is your perspective on diversity and inclusion, and there is a data assessment that requires analytical skills. If you pass, it’s my understanding that will unlock a lot of opportunity for you within the interview process. It was tedious but worth it in the long run.

Entretien
The first interview was set up and went well. The interviewer asked me to expect the next steps communicated by the HR partner who was coordinating. I spent the next two weeks with no response from the partner - the email they used to contact me was a no reply inbox and I did not even receive a rejection. Bizarre and inefficient is how I would describe my entire interaction with the company.
