Overall a very long and painful process interviewing at DoorDash. Most interviewers were kind and engaging. The recruiters were quick to communicate and helped move me through the process. I had one awful interview with a regional manager who was disinterested, and just grilled me for 30 minutes. I was really disappointed to make it to the last round only then to receive an automated no reply email informing me that DoorDash would not be moving forward with an offer. After that many rounds, it would mean so much to applicants to simply give them a call or personalized email briefly explaining why they were rejected and thanking them for their time... Provided with a large dataset and asked to create business recommendations based on your analysis. - 2 back to back interviews with Ops Managers from different markets: Go over resume, and asked basic interview questions - 1:1 Recruiter: Confirm pay scale, benefits, and stock offerings - 3 back to back interviews with Regional Managers: Situational based case questioning.
