2 back to back interviews. First one is some general questions and then we role play a pitch. Second one is your typical interview questions. I was initially recruited from my existing job but got a rejection email. Asked for feedback and have been ignored. Lacking professionalism.

Initial phone interview lasting about 30 mins, Skype interview with two separate interviewers each lasting 45 mins, take home quiz requiring about two hours worth of time/work, another session of video interviews with 3 different interviewers through Zoom. The entire process was exhausting and redundant. Interviewers have little sales experience and were likely hired on early on without many qualifications. The overall interview process was the worst I have ever experienced.
Role play - Convince the owner of a restaurant to sign on with DoorDash - keep in mind you do not have any tools or info on how the products/service actually works
