      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez DoorDash

      I was contacted on LinkedIn by the hiring manager. After an initial conversation, I was moved onto the take home assignment. I spent ~10 hours to complete it in the 48 hour window. Was quickly notified I would be moving on to the next round. Interviewed with two “peers” and was mostly presented case-type interviews. After two days I was notified I was moving onto final round (2.5 hours of video interviews). One of the interviewers focused solely on digging into my previous company (potential partner/competitor in a specific vertical) to find out weaknesses. Other 3 had case interviews that kept asking basically the same questions over and over again about hypothetical situations. At one point he hiring manager said “no one gets this right” and gave limited context to help frame it. The recruiter told me I would hear by the end of the following week. That day came and went with continued radio silence. Finally called me after 2 weeks and said they changed the role and wanted to find me a place at the company. After sending other roles of interest, the recruiter ghosted and I got generic rejections for the other roles I applied for. A month later, after accepting a role elsewhere (definitely for the best!), a recruiter reached out about another role. They clearly don’t communicate internally and are disorganized. Like many others said, they don’t have respect for candidates’ time!
