The interview process is awkward and nonsense. Firstly, the HR didn't check anything, nor did a phone screening. My first interview was with someone who didn't show up the first time and had to be rescheduled. The person would be my pair, which is weird as a first interview. However, the second step is even weirder: a super complex data challenge with a broken database. I have been dismissed on this stage, even though working with Business Intelligence for over 5 years, and doing complex financial modelling. I also heard that the total process would be 8 interviews long, it must be a joke...

First, there will be a 15-minute phone call with the HR specialist, followed by an interview with the team. About a week later, you will receive a case study to work on, after which there will be a follow-up interview to present the case study to the entire team. If you pass the case study interview, you will proceed to the final interview with the line manager and department head.
