Recruiter did not call at scheduled time. No response on follow up emails. Why? Atleast have professional courtesy if not interested or if position eliminated. Very bad experience. I will never use DoorDash

The process stretched over two months because of the holidays in December and my delaying the final round into January due to holiday travel. The process involved a recruiter screen through a referral, the first round consisting of two interviews - System Design and People Leadership (1 hr each). I got positive feedback the next day, and I scheduled the final round, which had four interviews - Product, Delivery, Systems Design and Domain Knowledge, and a Leadership chat with the Hiring Manager. Following that, there was a 30 minute chat with a senior leader of the division I was joining, which was more in-depth than I expected.
