Standard phone screen was fine. Wanted to set up next step on the spot. Next step was 2 back to back 45 minute interviews over video chat. Mostly behavioral based questions and some cultural fit stuff. Then a role play that isn’t hard if you have sales experience. Overall good experience. Got an email later that day wanting to proceed to “final steps” which was 3 more video interviews all back to back. Not as good of an experience with this round. Felt rushed, especially because we had to cut the role play portion short because she had another call which doesn’t seem fair. Then it was a bunch of behavioral questions and a few scenarios. Just a monotonous process. My recommendation to people applying that currently have a full time job is hopefully you’ve got sick time or PTO. Had to take time from work for the 5 hours worth of interviews. I understand wanting to be thorough but I had to “give a little background on myself” to 6 different people. Was a bit excessive and maybe interviewers could mix it up instead of asking the same questions worded differently. Plus, they want you to do a fair amount of research on the company. Things that you would think you’d learn in training for the job. To spend all of the time and effort and not get an offer feels like a huge waste of time. Proceed with caution...
