Your typical interview process: - Phone screen with recruiter. - Sent you a project to complete in time. - Onsite interview. Everyone was nice to talk to but the whole interview process was just really poor. First they need to reschedule my onsite two weeks after the scheduled interview and then a day before the interview, they had to reschedule one part of the interview. I don't mind with it but then they said that if I did well on the first round, they will reschedule that one part. A week later I got the email to schedule it. Did the last round, the guy was late and I basically got all of the questions right and did well according the interviewers. Three days later, rejection. Recruiter said I did not do well on one of the interviews from the first round. Why the heck then you invite me to the second round? All the interviewers gave me positive feedback and I also felt that I did well. Just doesn't make sense and just a waste of time. FYI their tech is not that great. They are basically hiring seniors to fix the codebase that was written by junior so you would imagine a lot debt tech here in there. They are doing a rewrite but nothing special in the tech they are using.
