I applied through university career fair. At first, everything went smoothly. When I could not make it to their on-campus interview, the recruiter was very nice and accommodating. She sent me a coding challenge, which I did well on. A few days after submitting, she got back to me to schedule a second round phone interview. This is where things went badly.
The interview was two hours long - 1 hour per interviewer.
My first round went smoothly and although I didn't finish running the tests for the second question I was asked, the interviewer seemed content with what I had and knew where I was going.
My second round was awful. Most of the time I felt like the interviewer didn't want to be there. He made no effort to engage with me as I talked through my thinking process and solved the question. At one point, when I asked a question about one of the tests provided, it seemed like up to that point he hadn't really been paying attention to what I had completed so far.

Very professional and engaging! OA then virtual onsite. Virtual onsite coding questions consisted of two hour-long coding interviews and a 30 minute engineering manager interview. Coding difficulty felt like medium to hard.

Given an Online Assessment to be completed but never made it past that assessment because the coding questions were 2 leetcode hard. After I hear there is another coding round and then a behavioral call.

Doordash interview process for New Grad was one online test that had 2 medium level questions. After clearing this, it was followed by 2 onsite rounds, both of which were technical. Interviewers were very helpful throughout the process. Leetcode medium to medium-hard level questions.
