Worst experience ever. Got a call from the recruiter, and then asked to work on an assignment; Submitted my sophisticated production-grade code and later was invited for an onsite. The process was extremely disorganized. 3 out of 5 people originally scheduled to meet me got replaced by some other people. The onsite had only 2 technical rounds, one design and another round which consisted of an extension of the assignment I worked on. They also had a break which they called "lunch round" at 2:45PM (Yes, lunch during late afternoon), and I had some discussion with another "kid". In one of the interviews I was even openly told that the company lacks "senior" engineers and all they have is kids. The "kid" I sat with ended up asking silly questions, and I felt this is such a joke as they had me (3+ years of experience) speak to him. I don't know where he came from but he thought I could have done better at coding, though I solved all the problems he mentioned on his face. I really doubt if he really understood my design of the project. I wouldn't have gone there even if I landed an offer. Good luck for this kid-ridden company.
