I applied and was contacted by a recruiter within a few days. I was asked to complete an analytics exercise within 24 hours, which took about 10 hours to complete, and was full of questions you could only really answer if you had inside experience with the company. I was then scheduled for two separate 45 minute video interviews. One interview had to be rescheduled for a week later, while the interviewer in the other session could not figure out how to turn on his camera, so I interviewed with a blank screen. After that, my recruiter called me about 4 days later to let me know I did not get the job, but with no explanation.

Had a phone screener with a recruiter who very clearly did not want to be there and just asked typical generic questions about my background, communication styles, etc. Was given a take home case study and short SQL exercise and given 48 hours to return it (which I spent most of my weekend on) only to receive an auto reject email two days later. I did not get to speak to the hiring manager or anyone on the team I applied for.
