J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez DoorDash (Brisbane) en févr. 2026
Entretien
I was contacted via LinkedIn and progressed through multiple stages including an initial screen, interviews with a local manager and senior leadership, and a final mock presentation.
The final stage involved a detailed assignment and pitch scenario with clear instructions. I invested several days preparing using the materials provided, as the product was new to me.
However, the final session did not align with the brief. Instead of a structured pitch, it shifted into a confrontational role-play with heavy focus on objection handling and detailed product comparisons. This was inconsistent with earlier guidance that deep product knowledge was not required.
Overall, the process felt misaligned and lacked transparency in how candidates were being assessed.
A tad unethical in my opinion.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez DoorDash

Recruiter chat, then a call with one of the managers, then 3rd interview is a presentation for 2 other managers using the prompt they send you. The male interviewer was eating during my presentation which I didn't really appreciate, he seemed distracted and slightly rude.

Fast. they had back to back interviews scheduled with different managers on the team after the call with the recruiter. They role played with me on the spot and quizzed me.
