I have 10+ years in P&L and other large finance companies doing IR presentations. I took the HR call and right away they thought I had too much experience. Move to next round on case study. Just run it in chatgpt with their annual report and move on. Dont waste more than an hour on itas you dont know the team. Next round was ghosted after hiring manager.

only met with male former investment bankers. two of them multitasking during the conversation. felt disrespected by their behavior and felt uninterested in joining their team due to lack of diversity in interview pool. in fact, such lack of diversity seemed as a message in disguise with regards to the type of professional they are looking for.
