The hiring manager screen went well, and I was invited for an onsite interview. At the end of the interview, I was informed that the next steps would involve meeting with HR, potentially another team member, and then the VP of HR. I was excited about the opportunity to meet more of the team, but instead, I received a rejection email. I was disappointed, especially coming from the talent team, as I was hoping for a more positive and engaging candidate experience. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing end to the process.
