They basically gave me the job. They were desperate. It was my first job but I learned a lot. Almost no interview just straight paperwork and training videos. Videos were long and boring. I had to get copies next door of my drivers license and birth certificate.

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
