Entretien
Initial phone interview asking about experience, availability and how long I wanted to stay. This was then followed by an in-person interview at the franchises location. Interviewer just became the manager but was nice and thorough. Was about 2 weeks long and then was notified on the spot I accepted the position
Very brief and quick. Lots of discussion about different work and time management styles. I would recommend this to people who need a job. This was a quick process. The manager was very kind and helped me understand a lot about the future job.

There was only a brief personality interview. It was very simple, more like a conversation and then the rest of the interview was telling me how the job would go.
