Told I had to be a driver. Told I would have to work weekends but could swap shifts with other drivers. Told I was to be flexible. Told I would be insured and given extra to cover petrol per delivery. The job was explained to me. I was only asked one question - Could I offer paperwork for ID and car... oh, and when could I start.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Can I provide ID. Wasn't an interview, anyone could have got the job. There was a questionnaire that was easy and the manager filled it in anyway.

Instead of conducting a formal interview, the manager simply inquired about my availability and when I could start working. The procedure is simple and quick. Then he asked me to scan a QR code so that I could enter my personal information and bank account details. The manager then asked what size I usually wear and handed me a uniform and a hat.

In person outside the store, was very informal. Asked for my availability and then hired me on the spot. Simple interview process. need weekend availability to be considered for the job.
Employer was making pizza and asked me random questions, often times forgetting the questions. He had airpods in as he spoke to me and didn't seem interested at all. UNPROFESSIONAL.
