I've got my own new uniform, worked for 2 hours.. and then manager told me to come to his office and finish everything with documents. I was told that he needs confirmation from head office, and that every information(rota) will be in that email, no matter what he'll call me back on the next day. Two days past no one called me back, I've called him back and he told me that he made up his mind and appologised...

Applied for the job on the company's website, the same week the store manager emailed me about an interview. The interview was in-store and was focused on asking what you would do in certain situations and if you can work well in busy situations.

Really fast and fairly basic questions. The last question was "When can you start?" They were friendly and focused mainly on how I work as part of a team. They were also interested in if I could also drive but not being able to wasn't an issue
