Showed up early, asked to the see the manager, and told to sit and wait while he interviewed someone else. After he finished interviewing that person (to which the interviewer could be overheard saying "sorry I was late") he disappeared into the back of the store. At this time (15 minutes past my interview window) I re-asked the CSR at the front to speak to the hiring manager. He came out once again and asked me some basic questions without any knowledge of who I was or that he had already spoken to me on the phone; in fact he seemingly had no knowledge of me whatsoever. He told me three separate times that "we get paid every other week". After I told him I had worked for a Domino's in the past he asked me if I could pass a background check and when I said "yes" he shook my hand and told me I was hired.

they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
