The hiring process included:
- filling out a paper application in the store
- filling out an online application
- taking a personality quiz
- signing to let the company run a background check on you
- signing to let the company access your driving record
- attending a one hour orientation class
- an in person interview with the manager at the store

Interview was fairly easy. This is a job that will take people with little to no experience so the interview is to make sure you are ok with the many tasks that working at a busy pizza place requires and whether you will fit in with the culture.
