They asked me to prepare a presentation for 10 min beforhand, and they limited the time to 10 min. No computer or screens were provided, only a flipchart. When I arrived, they gave me a scenario and some questions to think about while I was waiting for my turn. The later enquired and made further questions about my answers. There were a panel of 3, asking relevant questions for the job. They gave me opportunities to rethink my answers and were accomodating.
