I applied in-store, got called back within the week for an interview. Interview was casual, sit down at a table in the cafe and just talked about experience. I had no kitchen or hospitality experience, however they were willing to train me.

A few questions over the phone.. what job did you have before,why did you leave,why are you interested in this job. How long were you at your most recent job for. After the phone conversation I received an email informing me of a upcoming interview and skills assessment.
