You meet with the manager, and they will ask you basic customer service questions. Also, have you ever handled money before at your previous job? It's retail so expect to do more than just checking out customers.

Easy, quick, direct. No nonsense about their needs. Hired immediately after interview, but work culture was good at my location unlike others in my area. It was in-person… at the front of the store, in public viewing, though.
