I walked in and I was told to start the next day, about 6 days in I was promoted to Merchandise Manager and from that point on I had responsibilities that were never explained and then next thing you know I'm by myself at the store. I did great
Very easy and smooth. Was hired on the spot. Casual dress. Interview was more of just a get to know each other type of conversation. After I was offered the job I accepted and started the next day.

Interview process consists of a mathematical exam. It is an online exam taken either inside the store or at home. It is best to have a piece of scratch paper and pen or pencil to help.
