The managers are all very friendly and want to know if they are hiring a mature responsible person who they trust will be an honest hard working employee. They would like to see if you possess strong communication skills because talking to the public is a very big part of the job. Working well under stress is definitely a good skill to say you possess and cashiering experience would definitely help. Over all it's a big friendly fun place to work

Came in and asked for the store manager. He took me into the office and asked a few questions. Questions : Why do you want to work for Dollar Tree? Do you know anyone that works here? How you deal with Multi-tasking? How you deal with pressure?
Got the job. (Mainly through Nepotism).

Entretien
Went to interview and was nervous about answering questions for the job and depending on how I answer them. That would determine if I get the job or not. But it wasn’t like that at all. The store manager was super friendly and straight forward with everything. Applying was super easy online.
Very simple and easy was hired on the spot. More like a friendly conversation than an interview, was 30min-1hr long. Given tour of store and full run down of responsibilities
