I applied online and was contacted same day. They initially seemed very interested given the email to setup a formal interview. I then responded with my availability for an interview and did not hear anything. I gave it a few days and then contacted the number provided. No response. This was very unprofessional as if the days/times did not work or an unexpected occurrence happened, this should have been properly communicated. I have many years' exp in HR and there will be times when you will need to be accommodating if you're seeking top-tier talent. Additionally, lack of communication is an absolute "No-No". This does not reflect well on the HR Department.

The interview process involves a generous amount of communication. The initial interview was via the phone. If the interviewer is interested then you will move on to the next round.
