The store manager was very direct with her questions. She explained some very important policies & procedures to follow & some things that would be violations. She was very nice & polite & made me feel comfortable but at the same time asked me direct questions so she could find out about me.

The interview process was laid back and I felt comfortable to ask the hiring manager questions. I was respected and understood everything the manager was saying. I went into the back and we sat down and she told me about my position. She made it very clear as to what I had to do. She let me ask my questions that I had written before.
