J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dollar General en nov. 2021

Excessive. Poor communication. Drawn out. I was told that there would be 5 interviews and to "expect an offer" by the hiring manager on two separate occasions, but they kept adding more and more interviews, jokingly calling their process "thorough" and admitting that candidates have complained of "interview fatigue". Finally, in my 13th interview over a 2 month period, the interviewer provided no eye contact and was glued to her phone the entire time before cutting the interview off after 15 minutes due to yet another emergency. This was my second interview with her, since she had an emergency in our first scheduled interview and passed me onto a different interviewer at the 10 minute mark. This confirmed this was not the company for me, especially since I had carved out a quiet place to interview during our family's vacation, 6 time zones away. I was still curious how they would handle the rest of the process. I actually learned from LinkedIn that they had filled the role with another candidate without hearing a word from the company. I would've been mortified if any of the above things had happened in a company I work for and consider it a blessing to have dodged this bullet. The interview process was incredibly one-sided, so I can't imagine what the employee experience would've been like!

The interview process was very thorough. It was clear that they wanted to find a candidate who was a great fit for the culture of the DC I was interviewing for. I had over 5 interviews with senior members of the HR and DC Leadership teams.
