Entretien
Typically after one interview they decide if they want to hire you. They will either call you or tell you during the interview if you got the job. The interview process is typically conducted by the store manager, so the experience will be different store to store. When I was interviewed it was a very relaxed environment, expect very basic questions.

It was great. Good communication. I acknowledged how I would handle a return or even an irate customer. Guest service is of the most. Customer service is of the essence of a great run store. Have fun and appreciate all customers and help out with anything you can do.
