During the interview process, it was pretty laid back. The store manager and I got interrupted several times by an employee. She excused herself probably 2-3 times. Not very professional, but I understood how fast paced retail can be. The manager had a good vibe about her. She was detailed in explaining what this job would entail, the room for advancements, knowledgeable in the companies insurance and even told me about the tuition scholarships they offered.
After the interview questions were asked and answered, she gave me a tour of the store, the operations that went along with different job titles, safety and security of employees and customers. When we finished that, she gave me a print up and asked me to take a drug screening at a local office. She explained the process, and told me she would call me as soon as she got the results. The next day, she called and offered me the position.
