To get a job with Dolan Auto Group you go in person, dressed professionally, and apply, you then go through a series of interviews starting with the desk managers on up to the General Sales Manager, if they like you enough through those. Then, they make a decision to either hire you on the spot, or wait for a call.

Initial interview over the phone with recruiter/hr. Asking question about hobbies, past experiences, how I handle situations. Second interview, in store with GSM, going into detail about pay and what’s expected. After that you have an interview with floor manager, going over more sale related detail and my goals, setting expectations.
