      First time being ghosted after a technical interview. First was a screening call with Oscar, the usual all went well. After that there was a technical interview with two engineering leads, it lasted 1h30 and it was mostly talking about topics that were in the vacancy, analysing some code and doing a quick exercise. The technical interview went ok but the more senior engineer was at times hard to understand, either because of his English or sometimes we would go into topics they hadn't prepared and the questions were not explained well (at times the other engineer didn't understand him either). Also it ended quite abruptly because they had another meeting right after so the last half hour was in a rush and I barely had time to ask questions. What bothers me is that after that interview I never heard back from anyone, after 1 week without feedback I emailed Oscar to see if I could get some but it's been radio silence and since then another week has passes. TL. DR: don't waste your time, disorganized interview and you'll just get ghosted

Our interviews are designed to leave space for questions, as we see the process as a true two-way street — giving candidates the chance to explore us as much as we explore them. With several stages in the process, there are typically multiple opportunities to ask what matters most, and we’re always open to booking extra time or following up by email if needed.
