The interview process spanned over 1 month (mainly due to unavailabilities on my end) and included 4 interviews. The process was rather enjoyable and very informative. I felt very comfortable and the DoiT team made sure I had all the info I needed for my success. I would say that it was a good balance of informing about the position and testing my sales abilities.

Mainly STAR style of questions Q:tell me a time you made a mistake. Also a very quick cold call role play that maybe lasted 30 seconds. For that role play , is important to understand the value proposition of DoiT and communicate it fast.

Entretien
4 rounds. HR, BDR teammate, head of sales, BDR manager. Had an exercise to find three companies of ICP you would cold outreach to and explain to head of sales with a slide presentation. Only a couple of slides. Final round with BDR manager is a mock cold call for general persona, not a specific person. Camera was off during exercise. Strong feedback but no offer.

Entretien
The interview process is intensive and aimed at ensuring that the right candidates are selected to proceed. Whilst in depth and challenging, you are given the guidance and support throughout to give you every chance to succeed.
4 stages:
- initial Introduction and discussion about the role
- Meet one of the existing team members - Language check (if applicable) and to get a feel for the candidate.
- meet with Manager - Presentation exercise.
- Role-play - mock call to check understanding and sales approach is compatible.
