I applied through a recruiter. Set up an interview a few days later. Casual, laid back interview process. After first interview, set up a "day in the life" and then followed by final interview with Area Director.

I went through several interviews. Their manager recruiter worked with my schedule, as well as each department thereafter. Each interview was thoughtful and welcoming. Their process included having me shadow a GM for a shift, to ensure that Doherty was a right fit for me. The entire process was thought provoking and they are clearly a very responsible company. I was truly impressed.
