What is your strategy to open a new sector/white space in France
Easy enough, phone screen and then additional interviews. All involved seemed like good, smart people who enjoy their jobs at DocuSign and they genuinely seemed interested in convincing me of that. lol
3 conversations and an offer. I believe the process has changed since I was hired, but it was a very natural, easy and straight forward approach to interviewing, I think there’s a panel and presentation requirement now.
Transparent process, recruiter is easy to talk to, encouraging, genuinely trying to look for a good fit for both candidate’s career and company. You learn as you go through the process.
