I applied online back in August, a recruiter got back to me in December. I had a phone screen with the recruiter. After that you go in for an in person interview in which you will talk with a couple team leads. Then do your 10/15 minute mock phone call then meet with the sales manager.
With the mock call, ask identifying questions, make a recommendation, assume the sales and pinpoint the other companies needs for docusign. I did really well with the team leads and mock call but the sales manager did not like me. I think he felt I was over qualified for the position and would leave in a couple months for a better opportunity.
It's base plus commission. So between 30/40 base plus 10000 commish, so pay will be around 47,000 annually. Doe.
We value the candidate experience here at DocuSign and are always open to feedback. So thank you for sharing your thoughts. Best of luck to you in your future endeavors.

Uninterested panel interviewers, canned questions after a presentation on background, & experience. If you have years of experience and are not in your 20s, do not waste your time. Ageism is alive and well.

The interview process was really straight forward, first, you will have a phone screening then a fast Zoom interview with 4 managers 15 min each, and the last stage is a presentation + role play.
The interviewers are really helpful through the entire process and I found it to be a really good interviewing process.
