The interviewer asked me three main questions:. Then she talked about what the MDR position. Lastly, she asked what questions I had for her. Finally, she talked the next steps in the interview process.

Entretien
The interview process went well initially. I was told there were 3 openings, and that nobody was ahead of me in the process. I prepared a lot. I had applied through a referral.
They had 1 of 1 interview, after the phone screening. It was with two sales managers (a young white lady, and a young white man). I have not had any interview processes go through someone of color. I'm part white so I can say that.
I was cut short in the interview when it was my turn to ask questions. I was challenged during the interview, but also received direct positive feedback on responses.
Was surprised with outcome.
Was told within 24 hours they were moving forward with other candidate(s).
